Dr. David DeRuosi, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Dr. David DeRuosi is a native Rhode Islander who graduated from North Providence High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, received his doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, graduating with honors, and is board certified through the American Board of Optometry.
He is a member of the Rhode Island Optometric Association and is a past president of the Rhode Island Optometric Association. He currently serves on the association’s board of trustees.
Outside of work, Dr. DeRuosi volunteers for the North Providence Boys and Girls Club Alumni Association and is medical advisor to Saving Sight R.I. He and his wife Anna have two children – Victoria and Nicholas. They live in North Kingstown and enjoy skiing, Narragansett Bay and Disney World.
